This Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data when you use the App. By using the App, you acknowledge this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2.1. Anonymous user identifier (Firebase Authentication — anonymous session)
The App may assign a technical anonymous user identifier without asking you to create a named account. We use it to keep subscription and error-reporting services consistent across sessions and devices. Within the anonymous sign-in flow we do not collect your name, email, or phone number.
2.2. Subscriptions and purchases (Adapty)
Subscription status, product information, and data related to transactions through the App Store are processed via Adapty. Technical data needed to validate subscriptions, restore purchases, or support billing may be shared with Adapty.
2.3. Crash and diagnostic data (Firebase Crashlytics)
When the App fails or crashes, Firebase Crashlytics may collect diagnostic information (e.g. crash logs, device model, OS version). Your anonymous user identifier may be used to associate crash reports with the same app session.
2.4. Media and device capabilities (on-device processing)
To select, record, or export video, the App may request access to Photos, Camera, and Microphone. That content is processed on your device to provide the App’s features; the data controller does not upload or store that media on our servers for this purpose (this applies only while the product behaves as described; if cloud features are added, this Policy will be updated).
2.5. Technical data collected automatically
Firebase and Adapty SDKs may process IP addresses, device identifiers, and technical logs needed to operate and secure the service. See each provider’s privacy notice for details.
Depending on where you live, different rules apply (for example the GDPR in the European Economic Area and UK GDPR in the United Kingdom, state privacy laws in the United States, and other local statutes). Where the GDPR applies, we typically rely on: performance of a contract (subscriptions and core App features); legitimate interests (security, debugging, product improvement), balanced against your rights; compliance with legal obligations; and consent where required. Where another framework applies, we process personal data as permitted by that law.
Our service providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where required by law (for example the GDPR), we use appropriate safeguards such as the provider’s compliance programs, standard contractual clauses, or other mechanisms recognized by your jurisdiction.
We may share data with the following categories of recipients to run the App:
These parties may act as processors or independent controllers depending on the service; we implement appropriate technical and organizational measures when sharing data.
Crash logs and related diagnostics are kept for limited periods according to provider policies and technical needs. Subscription records may be retained as required for legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to certain processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (for example in the EEA, a data protection authority in your country).
In the United States, some states grant residents rights such as access, deletion, and opt-out of certain “sales” or “sharing” of personal information as defined by local law. We do not sell personal information in the conventional sense; if you believe a state law applies to you, contact us and we will respond in line with applicable requirements.
To exercise any right, contact info@3dbastir.com. We may need to verify your request where permitted by law.
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you are a parent or guardian and believe we have collected data from a child, please contact us. Some regions set a higher age for valid consent to information society services; we rely on users meeting the minimum age required where they live.
The App may open third-party websites (for example from paywalls or help links). We are not responsible for their privacy practices.
We may update this Policy from time to time. For material changes we may provide notice through the App or our site. The current version is always available at https://3dbastir.com/jumpcutprivacy.
